Gonna start one everyday or so.

I will try to keep this alive everyday.

So guys, how is your meal prep going? Do you guys prep for the oncoming day the night before? Do you prep for the week? What do you add to the mix to keep it interesting? Any recipes you have made that are interesting and healthy?

I am a fatty who wants to lose the weight, and I finally realized that diet does the most work than anything else. Plus, it keeps me away from being stuck to the TV.

I usually have my 5g before and after my workout. Before I load up with a small breakfast and wait 30 minutes.

You don't need to. Your body could already indeed have a good supply of creatine already. But some people have benefits from it. I personally didn't load up and still saw results.

You should take 10g a day. The un used creatine will come out of your wiener.

I would recommend a creatine mix with glutamine already in it.

Left is January right is May. I just started lifting in Feb, what should I be doing? I'm feel like I'm not gaining muscle, just losing fat. I want to bulk but I'm terrified of getting fat again.
My weight is staying the same for the past few months despite losing visible fat still.
This board is great but it gives me horrible body dysmorphia

Any tips?

I would say you are lean enough right now. Do a very lean bulk. Like 200 or 250 over. Might not get quite as fast muscle gains but the benefit is very little fat gain.

I work construction and am tired as hell 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I've never been in bad shape, and working in construction (plus I ride my bike 10 miles to the job and back home) keeps me in good shape, but regardless, I can't go to the gym because of how exhausted I am. My only day off is Monday, and I use it to do literally nothing, which I love because of how exhausted I am.

My question is, if I wake up a couple hours before I usually do to just get a short weight lifting work out in, what workouts should I do? Just basic, compound/isolated exercises that won't fucking drain my energy for all holy hell, because when I follow other routines my muscles are too sore to lift at my job at it hurts my performance.

(I'm working on site ~10 hours a day so I don't have time for workouts over an hour or of intense quality. Just looking for something that'll help me build and maintain a good, strong physique)
