I've been working out for 14 months. I ran for a while, just walk and run the stairs now. I switch it up, Ive lifted for weight and reps, but no matter what I do I can't bulk any more than this, and struggle to shave anymore fat off. 17, 6'2, 190. I can't progress, it's killing me.

Any of you cunts take Zinc? Noticed anything? What mg/day? Benefits?
50 mg of Zinc Picolinate a day. Boners slightly bigger, and definite increase in load volume. I don't know about other fitness related claims, but these are observable effects.

Get Chelated Zinc or nothing
I took zinc but make sure you are actually deficient. if you take too much zinc, you can get a copper deficiency. ended up stopping it after a few blood tests.

Do genetics seriously have nothing to do with weight gains? Because I dont understand how. This is how big I want to get, so basically skinny but with biceps sticking out slightly. I decided to do press ups and pulls ups, starting at 20 and adding 5 each day. I'm still not there and its been 6 months. I have a healthy diet with quite a lot of protein. I know I have probably been doing it wrong, but for this would it really matter?

While I do agree that haircut makes a big difference, I'd argue maybe color makes even more so. In that pic, Evan's hair looks relatively flat and dorky in the left and extremely layered on the right with the change of colors.
I'm considering doing something similar but I'm undecided.
i fucking love lifting and jiu jitsu, but my shoulder just popped out for the second time. the first time was a posterior dislocation while surfing. this time i got an anterior dislocation on a rope swing. went for it and just heard that sound a chicken wing makes when you twist it apart. i have done so much training on range of motion and my rotator cuffs since the first time and it didnt help one bit. should i take up swimming to strengthen my rotators or just accept that this will happen all the time and learn how to relocate it myself?
