im getting doubts about lifting
i have realised that the last reps are really uncomfortable to do. My arms are shaking, the weight goes up slower and slower, im constantly afraid of not getting the weight up
and all this for what? why cant i just lift comfy with like 4x8 or something for comfortable weight? i dont want to press my eyes out on the sixth rep of 75kg, this isnt fun to do and this is my free time, i shouldnt be doing things i dislike

How do I get taller and stronger? I'm currently 5"7 and pretty scrawny. I've heard HGH works but I don't know how to find it without a doctor's prescription. Is there any alternative to HGH that would have similar effects?
I'm starting to work out but not sure what routine would be best. I'm just lifting random stuff I find around the house and running in place and stuff. It usually means cooked based on the labels I've read. Take the roasted quinoa amounts for comparison. I eat quinoa daily and calculate calories based on the cooked amount.
Think of it this way: The only difference between cooked and uncooked is water. You can't go wrong if you calculate based on cooked amount. If you are incorrect, you may actually be taking in less calories than you calculate based on the label.

Guys, someone explain to me wtf you're supposed to accomplish with box squats. Tons of articles online seem to think they're great but I don't understand what exactly they manage to do that regular squats don't.
