Hey /fit/, I was wondering if there were any ways to burn chest fat quickly. My chest is kinda like it is in the pic, and it's pretty much the only thing I'm self conscious about. I'm aware it goes away naturally, but if there was any way to get rid of it quicker, I would really appreciate it.

Using your hands, squeeze your chest together for 30 seconds. Then move them up for 30. Left for 30. Down for 30. Make sure to get a good squeeze in. This will be 1 set. Rest for about a minute, then repeat for 2 more reps for 3 reps total.

So I'm taking this potent antiinflammatory drug similar to cortisone, 25 mg a day for 30 days, I'm halfway to finish the terapy.
One of the side effects is catabolic activity, I asked my GP and he said the dose and the timeframe are not compatible with this side effects, but I'm worried to lose mass anyway.

Im going to the gym next week and was wondering what are some proper shoes for weightlifting? My friend said flat footed shoes but that's rather vague. Also what kind of shorts/shirts are good for lifting?
I use some sort of compression with under armor gym shorts. I use merrell road running shoes for lifting.
I lift barefoot in my home gym wearing whatever is comfortable and doesn't restrict my movement
