So I've recently turned 18 but don't have a job yet. As such, I have basically 0 control over what comes into my home in terms of food, as I don't buy the food. I have another problem, however: I am skinnyfat. I don't want to be skinny fat.

Since I can only control the portions of my diet and not necessarily the nutrients themselves (although I have been asking for more vegetables in general and am cutting back hard on junk food) should I just eat extremely little and run a bunch? I can't afford the gym (again, no job) and I can't do pushups, so I was wondering if I should just skip dinner and lunch entirely in favour of a slightly larger breakfast and nothing but cardio for an hour in order to burn fat (I mean, I won't be getting much protein so bodyweight training doesn't make sense, also still can't do fuckall in terms of bodyweight training since I'm too weak to do a pushup).

But that's my story. What should I do, exactly? Aside from get a job, of course. I'm trying. Nobody will hire me for the hours I'm available, but I'm trying.

Unless your parents literally only buy popcorn and candy then simply eat less/more of the food depending on if you're bulking or cutting.

Protein is important and all macros are really but as long as you're trying your best you'll make some gains.

Just do your absolute best to get as much protein as possible, if you don't get 0.8g/lb of LBM then that's ok, just try your best to do so.

Am I ready to bulk yet /fit/? A little back story, I started at 300lb's of pure fat guy. Cut down to 200, stopped, gained 20 back, and most recently lost another 35 (the picture attached is from 220-185) Now I fit into size 32 pants and medium shirts, but still feel like I look fat. I'm not sure if it's loose skin or lack of muscle, so I thought I'd ask you guys.

What changes did you notice happening to your body between the ages of say 18-24? After the initial stages of puberty?

Ive just turned 20 and noticed huge changes. I started coming to /fit/ when I was around 16/17.
