so i work retail, unloading trucks and stocking product. last saturday i was stocking some shit and bent over to put it away then stood up and banged the back of my head fairly hard on this metal shelving. i didn't pass out or see stars or anything. the next day at work it started to ache a bit and bugged me off and on. that night after work i went to the er and he examined me and said everything seemed ok and diagnosed me with a closed head injury. the next day i called in with a doctors note and relaxed at home. since then i've had an off and on almost constant headache...

Been cutting calories for 5 months and working out for 4 months (with calisthenics) I've lost about 55 pounds of fat and gained ten pounds of muscle. I was at 245 (5'7), and now it's starting to slow down around 200.
