2 months on SS. Lighting couldn't be better in second photo, I look more like that at 3 months into SS now than I actually did at the time of that photo.. Not quite as transformational as what is surely to follow with other posters but it's what I have!

Posted about this in a precious thread, took 531 bbb and replaced the 531 part with 3x5, kept the bbb at 70% of 1rm max
Maybe thinking of adding on extra after the 3x5 as a amrap
( the 5x10 deads on D day are particularly hard but I love it)
