I fucking hate rest days. Right now I'm working out every other day because I'm afraid going any more would stunt my gains. I've been lifting for a little under three months now. When can I up this to at least a consistent 4 days (or even 5 if possible) a week?

Idk. I'm pretty fit, but the feature I get complimented on the most is my jawline. I didn't know women looked at it that much. I also think my jawline is nothing special.
