High Intensity Interval Training

I usually do 1 hour on the elliptical (bad joints) so according to the machine I burn 600 calories in an hour. * to be taken with a grain of salt of course. For the first 30 minutes, my heart rate is at 160, then it starts to climb to 175ish in the last 30 minutes of my 1hour routine.

HOWEVER,

Today I said fuck it, I don't want to spend a lot of time in the gym for cardio so I did HIIT. Every minute I went at a steady pace, and every other minute I went balls out. By the end of my workout I had burned an arbitrary number...

Holy shit guys, i need help.

I was doing lateral rises today, and this girl with tight ass started to do a back exercise behind me, i had a mirror infront of me, and his big ass was looking at me when i was doing my exercise. I wasn't even looking at it, and i started to get a boner! I finished the set and got on the floor to do push ups so i could hide my boner.

My goal is to do 100 push-ups in less than 2 minutes, in a single set.

I've currently plateaued at 85 push-ups per set, but I can pump them out pretty quickly.

I'm currently doing 400 push-ups a day and 400 reverse-rows (supported pull-ups). I do the reverse rows to counter the pain in my shoulders due to the push-ups.

I've been doing this for 3 months. Even though I keep pumping out so many push-ups my max per set isn't increasing.

Anybody got any tips or insight to reach that 100 mark?
