Not unless you don't have a normal range of motion, but that's typical for our modern chair bound population.
If you can't touch your toes without pain, you should definitely consider some kind of stretching program.
However, almost everybody believes it's really important to stretch before physical activities (I've often heard "if you don't stretch your hamstrings before running you'll pull a muscle!"), and they're wrong.

Women don't really eat half as much as men do in my experience, sure she might eat pizza every day but it's probably two slices and she's full. Also she might have some physical activity mixed in there.
She definitely doesn't have a perfect body though m8, but it's passable.

More or less.
I'm super simplifying here, but sarcoplasm is basically energy storage for the muscle fibres themselves. More of the actual muscle mass you have, more sarcoplasm your body can be forced to store. This is one of the reasons experienced strength trainers tend to blow the fuck up the moment they start doing more bodybuilding stuff, while beginners often get very little out of it compared to the effort they're putting in.
