What changes did you notice happening to your body between the ages of say 18-24? After the initial stages of puberty?
Ive just turned 20 and noticed huge changes. I started coming to /fit/ when I was around 16/17.
I was
>pasty as fuck
>spotty skin
>narrow shoulders
>weak chin/jaw
>lanket
now
>nicer compexion
>much clearer skin
>get compliments on my looks regularly
>Jaw popped out of nowhere
>huege frame despite not being overly muscular
Just wondering what potenital changes some of us may have to look forward to

what type of changes occured? also, did you eat/sleep properly in your teens?

shoulders widened a bit and hair got thicker, also gained a few inches. my diet was fine, i was just a late bloomer.

I'm 24. In the last 2-3 years I went from having persistent chest and back acne from when I was 17 to having none. That's the only real change in that time frame that wasn't a result of lifestyle.

You'll get bigger and heavier, bone size growth stops at 27 (except hips they never stop unfortunately). So yeah you'll look more filled out in your late twenties.
