You simply can't have low bodyfat with big muscle mass.
Your muscle will start destroying itself if your body fat goes below ~10%
Ask someone who works at Planet Fitness anything in terms of billing, atmosphere, what it's like working here, etc.

Tell me how did y'all lose weight while getting more muscular?
I need story to inspire myself. Been hitting the gym for a month but only getting bulkier with muscles, not losing fat like I want. So desperate right now.

How does one achieve veiny forearms while being natty?
I used to have huge veins about a decade ago. I want to go back to having that.
Is it entirely dependant on bf%?
I noticed I didn't change my diet in the past 10 years. Still workout as much as before yet the older I get the less they seem to show.
Why is that?

veiny arms aren't an indicator of gear use (although your pic most def aint' natty), it's mostly down to bf% and also how muscular your arms are or forearms in your case

If you are a manlet then the more muscular you are the shorter you will look. You should stay natural and try to have an athletic look rather than bodybuilder.

Going to the gym first time in my life next week and plan to work out 2-3x per week from then on. I want to gain some muscles, right now I'm totally average looking (pic related). How do I even start? What machines do I use? How much exercises do I do? How long should a normal session take?
