so i bought a shitload of broccoli, cooked it and stuffed it in tupperware for the week.

when i was tracking my calories mfw it has 0.4g fat, 7g carbs and 2.8g protein per ONE HUNDRED FUCKING GRAMS. why is /fit/ so obssessed with it?

It's cheap, has fiber, and it's major selling point is what you're bitching about.
It has a shit ton of volume.
Fullness depends on fat, protein, fiber, and volume.
Volume doesn't affect long term satiety as much but it hits the hardest for the shortest amount of time.

Trying to lose weight?
You could eat 150 cals worth of Broccoli, won't affect your daily limit that much but for a good 4 hours it will feel like you just ate a 3 course meal.

Hey /fit/ I've never really educated myself on proper skincare.

Now I know washing/clean sheets help a lot with acne, and nutrition as well, but that is not a problem I have.

How does one achieve moviestar quality skin status ?

Scrubs ? moisturizing ? What other things hsould I look into ?

How do I stimulte vein growth?

a new vein popped up a few months ago.

I was excited and wanted it to be as large as other veins on my forearm

but it has not grown since, and stayed the same

what should i do to make it as large as older veins on my arm?

Stats: 5ft 11in 224 pounds
Looking for interpretation of my chest, do I have gyno or will all that flab go away with dropping weight? It's weird because the right side of my chest seems to hold more flab than my left, I've heard asymmetry of the chest flab can mean gyno, one side of the chest often has more breast tissue than the other in gyno. I've never had breast tenderness, and there is no palpable lump underneath the tissue. I've heard that there can still be breast tissue within the fat tissue even without a lump.

Also, estimate of bf%? I'm thinking 25%.

when you take a shit at the gym, do you wipe? i used to but someone told me the visceral stench of sweaty stained ass ups testosterone. i don't know if that's true or not but i've been able to do an extra two sets of each lift since i stopped wiping. i still shower after though i'm not disgusting.

Rack, bench, 191 kg oly-weights bar included and 115 kg schoolweights for dumbbells and floor protection. I can do everything I want to do; bench, deadlifts and squats, along with other things of course. All that was $60 cheaper than 2 years at the cheapest gym where I live.

Apparently my thread didn't have enough click bait.

My question is pretty simple. How do I motivate my girlfriend to exercise?

She's lost about 20 pounds, but that was over the course of 2 years and mostly due to medication. I know she WANTS to lose weight, she just has a shitty self image and gets embarrassed easily. Absolutely won't go to a gym. We have a stationary bike she won't use anymore because I might see her and "judge her". (Which I fucking don't)

Getting down to a healthy size would do so much for her (and she isn't even far off) but I just can't help her break her weird neurosis. She keeps telling me about how she wants to be thin, and eventually have a big ass and shoulders. But she hasn't even done cardio in... 5 weeks now?

Tell her what you want her to do and tell her the consequences for not doing it are you will break up with her.

If she honors your terms join her and offer positive support.

If she does no agree or does not honor your terms you need to follow through and break up with her.

She'll certainly resent the ultimatum but if she agrees follows through on her end and gets fit she'll thank you for making her improve herself. If she doesn't why the fuck would you want to be in a relationship with her?
