I do about 20-30 min per side every day with only compression shorts one to maintain strict lines. 5 days of this and you will be tan.

What's the point of working out just to impress other people? If you want sex, then there's virtual reality, if you want to be admired for hardwork and determination, work towards something constructive like a bachelor's degree in computer engineering or something.
