I got 62.5kg Press, 97.5kg Bench, 132.5kg Squat, and 180kg Dead
What is 1/2/3/4? I never used any /fit/ approved routine, because my pal is fitness trainer.

yesterday I hit 3pl8 deadlift for reps after many months
it feels good to have some weight on the bar. It's starting to look like actual lifting slowly
