Hey /fit/izens, I'm going on a date tomorrow to the cinema and am currently cutting.
I've looked up the calories in a medium popcorn and its around 780 for a medium.
I know the main reply to this is 'dont get the popcorn fatty' but I'm asking that if I were to eat it then have a very light meal that will keep me under my 1200cal limit, is that going to fuck up my metabolism?

Agreed. Veganism is the ONLY diet known to reverse diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, heart disease and even cancer. This is in addition to being the a cruelty free philosophy for living, cheaper than an omnivorous diet and more satiating as a framework for structured eating relative to diets high in calorie dense foods.

Can somebody explain to me why ANYBODY would choose to pursue olympic lifting rather than powerlifting?
Not only do you need to be on steroids to be COMPETITIVE in oly lifting, but you need to spend hours and hours practicing form with just the bar like a pussy. Olympic Lifting is such a joke that four top lifters are getting BUSTED because they were forced to hop on juice to stay conpetitive LOL.
On the other hand, powerlifting is a display of raw strength and power instead of oly lifting faggy athletic movements. On top of this the exercises are easier to learn...
