Can a backpack full of books or rock or something work as a substitute for a barbell?
I want into becoming /fit/ without investing any money.
You're not going to get fucking anywhere. I can already tell how fast your going to give up if you're as weak as you are clueless. Utilizing a playground is your best option but you're going to look like a fucking dumbass. Invest money in both food and equipment/memberships and time into educating yourself or stay a fatfuck weakling. Peace.

Hey /fit/, I'm broken as fuck right now. I live in a shit country with 200 euros average salary, mine is even lower than that. My father can't work and is waiting for an operation because of physical injury and my mother is unemployed too. I'm tempted to go an hero, every day I think about it, but I'm not such a coward to leave them helpless and heartbroken... Also I was seeing a girl for some time, fell in love then she left me. Got really sick before that, vomited after every meal an lost 20+ lbs. Please bros, is there any way out of this? I'd be happy...

I've been trying for over 15 years to lose weight, but it might be more accurate to saying "trying". I nearly throw up whenever there is a vegetable in the same room as me.
Is there anyway to reprogram your taste buds so you crave veggies?

A lot of what makes people hate veggies is how they are cooked. I thought I hated most veggies my whole life and pretty much refused to even touch them until I went off to college and started cooking for myself. Most things are very good roasted or grilled. I would look online and find yourself recipes for a lot of the basics like carrots, broccoli, asparagus ect. Most of them will not exactly be healthy with lots of extra oil and fats but you will learn how to cook them and what they taste like when cooked right. Once you find the ones you like and you can start slimming them...

Yes and yes, but from the looks of it this is due entirely to you leading an inactive lifestyle. Lift more, every day. I split my days into chest/back/shoulders-tris-bis/legs so that there is usually a couple days of rest between each group even though I go every day. Don't be afraid to eat more, you need to gain weight to put on muscle. You look like you would fill out really well if you got into shape, seriously.

Also I forgot, get one of these. Its a speed rope from walmart, costs $4. I carry one around and use it at work to keep my heartrate up throughout the day, and I jump rope for about an hour every gym session on the days that I don't run. I usually break it within a week because its so cheap, but its better than all the others. Just keep the receipt and return it for cash refund, then buy another one.
