hi guys,
usually for breakfast I have some toast with jam and maybe unsweetened tea in the winter.
I want to cut out carbs from my breakfast but I'm having a hard time coming up with what I should eat.
my biggest problem is that I can't have any dairy products or eggs so most recipes I see online are out.
what would you guys recommend?

Help me /fit/, I look like the guy in the picture. Recently broke up with feeder gf and I'm immediately fucking tired of being fat. I don't understand, some people run so fast man. I aim for 10km/h and I dometimes strugle with it, but people I know with very bad stamina run 12k in 50 minutes and it baffles me
Sub 50 10k is good, obviously the faster you get after that the better

When I fuck up my diet (eat a ton of shit, thousands of calories) I fucking blow the fuck up and get super insanely vascular and pumped, I literally look BETTER on days i fuck up my diet. Muscles get so fucking swollen and I look leaner.

Well they both have their positives. 3x5 is pretty much perfect for progression. 5x5 gives you more volume(obviously) but is harder to progress on. BUT if you consider the 4th and 5th sets as accessory work you're fine. You can either not count the last two sets as necessary for progression or just drop the weight. For example, if you get 5x5x5x4x4, then you should increase the weight even though you didn't hit your 5x5. Doing this means you won't limit your progression.
