Stop eating and stop lifting
hey /fit/, I've been lifting for 3 months now, and I have a slight kyphotic and lordotic posture due to sitting on my ass at a desk all day. To correct the muscular imbalance I've been doing stretches and also avoiding exercises that strengthen the tightened muscles that cause the issue, mainly the lower back, which means [spoiler]I haven't been deadlifting or squatting[/spoiler]. Should I continue to avoid these exercises until my posture is corrected or will I still correct my posture if I do these exercises and do the stretches as well?

No, you're just not meant to stretch those muscles, doing lifts that develop them is fine.
ATP and lordosis has shit all to do with muscle development, its about not stretching your ham string area so that the muscles tighten and pull your hips forward.

I focused on lifting for so long and bettering myself that I stopped talking to girls almost entirely. I didn't really mind until a little while ago when the intense loneliness/depression started to hit me at night, but when I tried talking to a girl in my friend group I came off as extremely weird and autistic in my texts and she's not interested anymore even though she's said she thinks I'm attractive. You need to confuse the muscle to keep it guessing else it adapts to the situation. One of the best things to do is to cook a high protein meal after a workout, look at it for 3x5 then throw it out.

In general, you'll get used to a routine after a while. Your body keeps receiving the same stimulus over and over again and the gains will usually begin to decline.
Typically its solved through periodization or cycling through different variations of exercises, in addition to periodically waving volume and intensity.
This is basic programming.

what assistance n shit have you done, and how long have you been training your press. i just completed a week of TM and ended at 152.5 for 5, slow but steady.i stared doing only press after an injury, and dont really have a reason to bench since i can just do flys. biggest issue so far has just been keeping form consistent. congrats btw

I can't make progress on this. Once I got to 5x5 1 plate I stalled super hard. I tried deloading and working back up stalled again exactly the same. Fuck this exercise. Won't give up though.

This has literally been me for the last 6 months, why the fuck is cutting so hard? I've got no problem doing the lifting and cardio part, but he dieting is fucking crazy hard for me to stick to.

This is where you fucked up. Once you get fat, you can't go back. Fat memory is just as real as muscle memory. Have fun spending the rest of your life fighting to get lean and stay lean, all because you got fat in the first place.
How can I become "boss of the gym"? Im not just kidding around here, I want people to look to me as some kind of authority. Like, they have a question and look for "the boss" (which will be what they call me)

First you find a location to build a gym. Then you develop a business plan to bring in customers, keep them, and profit. Then you get investors to loan you the money needed to start up the gym. Once your gym is open, you'll be the boss of the gym.
