just back from my gym and noticed there's a pulley attachment gym bar with the bit to attach the cable only at one end. Its a bit like the pic attached except the loop is all the way to one side. What is this called? Or what is it for?

If you lift for girls you might aswell give up. Girls want something like this, they do not care about your abs, arms, legs , benchpress or deadlifts. They do care more about your face, hairstyle, tattoes, etc.

I have been on Finasteride for the past six months and am worried I now have a erection problem as it is one of the sides. Still get morning wood, and had erections throughout the night with this girl, but when it came down to stick it in, I was only at about half chub.

Hey /fit/

30 minutes ago, I was squatting with my gym buddy, and I just hit a new highbar squat PR @ 275lbs (yeah yeah I'm a pussy), pretty easily, with decent form.

Then I did 225x5 highbar with ok form, and nothing hurt.

Then I did 135x3 front squats easily

Then I just fucking unracked a 185lb front squat, and as I was getting ready to squat it, a lightning bolt ran down the left part of my upper back, and fucking debilitated me. I could barely fucking talk it hurt so much. The pain seems to be localized right under/behind my left shoulder...

Low carb or low fat? Or does it matter with enough exercise? I eat 1500 calorie a day and work out, but I'm finding it a little difficult to keep carbs low and fat high without hating life.
