How much will a decent home gym cost me?
Depends where you live.
Cost me around $2,000 to set-up mine ( Australia )

My adjustable bench alone cost me $350. It is certified to hold 525kg max load.
I had a $50 bench, but it was only rated to 150kg max-load, replaced it with the one above for my own safety.

Questions, advice regarding every aspect of running.
For those who running is their main sport, how do you incorporate lifting?

Look up POSE running. It's actually pretty hard not to when you have this form down.
In general your foot/leg shouldn't extend beyond in line with your shoulders, you'll automatically land on your midfoot. Your stride shouldn't be huge.

When I'm calculating my TDEE, what do I put in as activity level? I'm a student so I spend 4-5 hours on my ass, but I also travel 4-5 hours on a bus, and walk a good 40-50 minutes. I lift intensely 4x a week.
Do I select "little or no exercise (desk job)" or "Moderate exercise (ex: exercising 3-5 days/week)"?

I hate my ass, looks out of proportion with the rest of my body, makes my legs look small, and low test women at the gym keep looking and asking what I do for my ass.
I'm 5'7'', In my current bulk , I got :
41 inches ass, 30 inches waist, 27 inches legs.
And I can't stop squatting and deadlifting, because they are not only important exercises and I like them but I want to get my legs bigger.
