Okay /fit/, I'm in a bit of a desperate situation and I'm asking for help. My mother underwent quadruple bypass surgery Wednesday morning and she's been unconscious ever since. Her blood pressure is at 35 over 19 and the medication she's hooked up is the only thing keeping her alive now. The problem is the medicine keeping her blood pressure up is restricting her kidney so she's close to complete renal failure. Any ideas what type of medicine we can use!? I'm a 19 year old dude, 6 foot and 164 or so pounds but you wouldn't guess it from my womanly lower torso.
Over the past three years I have dropped 50 or so pounds through diet modification, cardio and lifting. I'm still doing it, though not to an incredible degree. I don't want to get ripped, just drop some pounds from around the waist. It's stubborn fat.
What's the best way to go about this?

A good recipe I found is chicken fajitas with rice. If you want to, you could up it even more by adding beans and guacamole.

what you SHOULD be doing (unless you want to gain a lot of unnecessary fat alongside muscle) is eating lean meats, oats, fruits, veggies, whole grain pastas, etc
granted these have less calories per unit volume, but all that means is that youre going to have to eat even more to satisfy your 4000kcal goal.
tldr dont be a pussy, eat a fuckload of good food rather...
