Can you bench 2pl8? I have been lifting for 1.5 year and currently bench 2pl8 for 5 reps. 6'4, 200lbs. Literally nobody benched 2pl8 ever since I started 1.5 years ago. Why is it such a big deal? I bench 275 for 21 and 315 for 10. Second best bench is a 245 single at my gym. A lot of people do actually reach 2plate and switch gyms and it makes me sad.
This gym just got a huge grant and they decided not to update the powerlifting equipment because of this issue.
If youre the best bencher/lifter/whatever then help others and build up a strong community instead of switching imo.

It will take a year on something like SS or SL and then moving into Texas Method or Madcow, all the while on a bulk, can do GOMAD to begin with if you're that skinny.

You train for strenght doing less reps with higher weight, obviously theres a size-strenght ratio you'd had to follow, because as soon you keep going sooner or later you'd had to gain mass in order to break the strenght plateau
Fit how do i stop getting a cold and influenza all the fucking time. I seriously get it maybe 8-9 freakin times are year, which seems enormously high too me, although i'll often have it in certain months like October - March, basically during the winter. Bars mostly, or just downtown in general. I live in a small town so it's easy to walk around the blocks and still see people everywhere having fun, easy to talk to them. But I don't go to pickup chicks, I just try and talk to whoever I want and I've met plenty of people doing so. You'll learn quite a bit socially if you talk to guys as well

Bitches, this scheme requires you to go to the gym 6xWeek. If you cut it down to 3xWeek and trained HARD in those gym sessions, youll have similar or better gains with less time wasted on going back and forth to the gym
