Is training upperbody 3 times a week with a two day break in between workouts overtraining? My friend is doing this and I'm trying to tell him he is hurting his gains. Or am I in the wrong?

Overtraining is a meme. If you're able to perform the same movements, and the same weight, without hurting yourself. Then you're not overtraining.
Here's my advice: stop giving other people stupid advice.

Didn't see one in the catalog. I eat way below my TDEE (1000 cals) but Im not losing any weight. I do have pretty poor nutrition, but from what everyone on here says, it's all about calories in, calories out. What's going on?
Everytime I squat, something in my knee pops. Are my knees fucked?

tl;dr I just got put on house arrest so no more gym. No funds for a home gym, so I'm limited to my bodyweight.
Can anyone link me to some articles/programs that would be beneficial for me? I'm not interested in that gymnastic ring shit I see on most calisthenic threads here, I just need exercises that will help me put on muscle. Also, I'm planning on training full body 5 or 6 times a week to try and compensate for the weights I've lost. Good idea?

Snatch Grip High Pulls: God tier for traps, rear delts, and upper back, as well as explosiveness.
Landmine Press: Great incline bench substitute, good for pressing power, looks alpha as fuck.

Slight testosterone suppression post-cycle. Comes back to natural levels after a few weeks.
LGD is by far the best SARM to bulk. You don't gain very much bf at all.
I'm a 6 ft. White guy who gymcels.
So I was at the gym and walking towards the water fountain. I see this 5'7 ish mestizo manlet in front of me walking to the fountain as well. I'm like shit this guy is going to take the tall person water fountain. I could tell from his tattoos he was neurotypical. He steps aside using the manlet one. I get my drink of water. Despite being possibly being low inhibition and neurotypical he submits to me.
