Will lifting every day harm my body /fit/?
i have been doing so for the past 3 months and people are telling me that muscles need to rest for atleast 2 days and other similar stuff. Are they right?

people do this to hide the fact that they're using the cheater plates
The most common plates in the gym are the 45lbs, which are made by taking the real plates and carving out some of the metal (this is why one of their faces are not completely flat)
It's basically an ego boost, because people can't be sure if you're using the cheater plates or the real ones

I am pretty sure the only chance I have of a gf is in the gym. I can't hold a conversation about much else honestly. have any of you guys picked up girls while working out? looking for ways to talk to them without being annoying. I have seen girls that looked impressed by how much I lift and I am not fat so how hard can it be?

Dude in all honestly i wouldnt recommend it. Girls just wanna workout in peace. If the only thing you have going for you is the gym thats fine but use it elsewhere. Like make a tinder profile and emphasize heavily that you lift and a potential match must be into fitness as well. Something along those lines. Plus include opics of you lifting and looking stronk for effect.

OP, you may think that life is shit, but you've seem to identify all your problems. If you want to be the man you want to be, you have to fix them. Set goals. I make it sound easier than it is, but you just have to go out there and do it. Besides, if it was easy, you wouldn't have any problems.
