I weighed myself 2 weeks before I started working out. Haven't done it since but I feel like i'll be disappointed by either how little I lost or how much I gained. How often do you weigh yourself?

I'm 4th year computer engineering nano stream and I work out 5-6 times a week, 60-90 minutes, also bartend 4 times a week 8 hour closing shifts.
Depending on your routine/goals, 3 times may be enough for you, but if you use your time effectively, I'm confident that you could go more frequently.
Alright /fit/ I plan to be 100% honest here as I have tried a lot but haven't gotten the help I need.

Well seems you didn't count right then. Get an app, don't bullshit yourself on the portions you're eating, and record it every day. Then after a month, you should see results. You obviously have no will power, but maybe seeing it recorded will help you. Probably though, you'll just lie to yourself about how much you're actually eating, you fat fuck. Buy real food with real nutrition. You'll digest it better,feel better, etc.
Pasta, oats, are excellent sources of easy carbs. Fork it down with protein like chicken/turkey and you'll easily hit your calorie/macros

5'7" 165lbs, 24 years old. 2 1/2 years of on and off training
5RM:
Bench - 205
Squat (lowbar, hips below knee) - 300
OHP - 140
Deadlift (resets) - 375
Front Squat - 235
Pendlay Row - 175
Having lots of difficulty with my bench and OHP. I think my form is good. I just can't seem to increase upper body lifts fast.
Is this a good work out or nah?

yea its good but i wouldnt do the main lifts as 3x8. also (personal preference) i would do the barbell rows chest supported.

literally any of them. the regular spring clips are like 10 bucks and work just as well as anything else.
other than controlling diet and making exercise at least 3 times a week, any other consideration i should have while taking this?
i've done it before a few years ago, but i was in another country (brazil) and used their version of bronkaid - which had the same amount of ephedrine. i remember not feeling ANY of the so said collateral effects.
Intermittent fasting works well with it. I have lots of experience and knowledge on ec ask away. Just started my stack yesterday actually

I just started ECA again after years of being completely natty. The first thing that happened was everything that was in my intestines almost immediately evacuated. I thought I was going to die. Lost about 10lbs of shit though.
