Can anyone tell me how bad cigs influence your gains when you smoke after working out? I know that it's bad to smoke before since your blood doesn't flow as good while working out. Help please :)

Basically, how long can you hold your breath? This is a test of how efficiently your body can use Oxygen and CO2.
Post your time and if you do any aerobic work.
Here's the process:
>Sit and relax for 10 minutes (if you've been sitting at your computer for 10min you're ready to go)
>Once you feel relaxed begin oxygen loading by DEEP-BREATHING slowly. Do so for 60 seconds

If you can spare the funds, buy nuts/seeds, cashew macadamia and pistachios are especially high in calories and easy to overeat, which is exactly what you want, but if your food budget is already tight, they are a little bit expensive. If you can't spare the funds get addicted to junk food like chips (crisps if you're a britbong) and dirty bulk because they have much more calories for a much smaller price. Also, dietary fat hasn't got too much to do with bodyfat increase if you eat enough protein and work out while gaining weight
