Anyone else here a long time user? I want to hear your stories. How has long term marijuana use affected your life?
8+ years here and I have basically no mental health issues. Rarely depressed, live with great gf, decent job, decent looking with a body that has been in the gym, dont have to worry about money, lots of friends. I'm high pretty much all the time. I vape in the mornings, go to work at a big corporate firm, sometimes come home at lunch and take a dab, dab hard at night and smoke my ass off on the weekends. I probably go through an oz of high quality...

I'm 21 years old and I just attended my first kick-boxing class.
Apparently it was "combo training day" and some high school kid ended up beating the shit out of me. My face is swollen, ribs hurt, what's was left of my ego destroyed and the worst part is this wasn't even real sparring.

I cut for 3 months. Literally hungry constantly. First meal when I started bulking again was a large dominos pizza with sausage, green peppers, and black olives, box of cinnastix on the side. I felt so fucking satisfied and tired afterwards. I ate the whole thing, had a huge glass of whole milk, laid down on the couch with a blanket and watched a movie. Best feeling I've had eating.

They're not but there's no point in putting emphasis on legs when lifting. Keep it proportional or slightly less so because huge legs suck for variety of reasons.

If you're fat you are wasting your time. Clen will not help a fat fuck lose fat. If you are lean and you want to get a bit more shredded then clen is a good choice. But don't take my word for it. I suggest you buy some, use it, and end up still being a fatty at the end. That way you will know I was right.

I'm not sure if I should still give a fuck about this "NoFap" meme, even though I've been trying to have a conclusive opinion on it for more than 3 years. There are some obvious downsides to masturbation, things that are FACTS in my mind, e.g. jerking off before lifting is obviously a bad idea, you are going to be tired and all, but can I apply that logic to day-a-day activities, such as: taking a bus, having to talk to people, be at class, trying to study or to improve myself. Does that make sense? Or is it placebo?
