I weigh 185 and go on a 30ish minute run every other day and I think it keeps me in pretty good shape

How to make Chocolate Cake:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour three 6" X 1 1/2" round cake pans.

Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat butter, eggs and vanilla.

Gradually add sugar.

Beat on medium to high speed for about 3-4 minutes until well mixed

Alternately combine in flour mixture and milk to batter while beating.

Continue to beat until batter is smooth.

Pour equal amounts of batter into greased and floured round cake pans.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

Check with a toothpick to se if it is done. Bake a few minutes more, if needed.

Remove from oven and allow cakes to cool in pans for a few minutes.

Place cakes on a wire rack, to them allow to completely cool.

How much do calories-burned per activity calculators overestimate by?

I went here https://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

Plugged in my gender, height, weight

Chose 60 minutes of running 8 miles per hour

It estimates 942 calories burned. It seems absurdly over to me since it's only 60 minutes and not exactly intense. Should I just chop off 200 cals and say I burned ~750?

but keep in mind it's not a pace that easy to maintain over an hour, it means you are already in decent shape / trained

other stuff like "walking" you can do it for hours, but it won't burn as much

how dangerous is it to lose weight as quickly as possible?

i weigh about 250 lbs and recently found out i have severe sleep apnea.

i read that losing weight (20lbs+) can really really help the symptoms but if i lose weight slowly at 2 lbs per week its going to take me atleast 10 weeks to do this.

is it bad if (for health reasons) i try to rapidly lose weight as fast as i can?

I have this constant feeling that i'm doing something wrong with my training,

I have been followed starting strength, and i have been increasing my weights with about 5 kg for each new set.

While i am doing allright with the deadlift/squat,
i have issues with the bench press and especially the press.

I can't get over 15kg( minus bell) with my press at the end of two weeks, and i can't help but feel that i haven't gotten stronger but merely reached a base plateu.

I eat my proteins and follow riptoes guide, but beyond protein supplement i haven't eaten more then i usually do, maybe that's why?

there is no getting fit with minimal effort OP, taking the b8, you have to get your diet and training on point, adherence is the most important thing, but if that's all you do you most likely make it far unless you have above average genes
