So I got exams in 6 weeks. Now, I'd like to know whether you think it's possible to be FULL prepared for them )and how I should proceed to prepare myself for them. Like, what's the best way and what worked for you?
How many exams?
Define prepared? A decent grade? Then ya you have enough time but a excellent grade requires constant studying the material from the get go.

I'm in for three this semester. Just cut the hard one out (Higher Mathematics) for next semester since it really adds well to my cryptography class.
I thought I'm going to ask this since a lot of people are in exam period now and/or have already written them. Imo it's a good timing to hear fron different people what worked for them and whatnot. Especially in terms of (exam)-preparation and studying the material. A decent grade would be really good.

I am. After college, I moved and didn't have an opportunity to easily make friends, as I worked with people in their 50s and 60s.
I talk to other people my age, but it's always over the internet. That's why I wanna make sure I don't horrifically screw this up.

So I have an exam in 4 hours that I know for a fact I'm going to fail. I just submitted an application form for student counselling and I know if I fail/don't attend this exam I will get at least one resit next August. Do you guys think it's worthwhile for me to just not sit the exam and focus on my other three to avoid a completely disgusting mark or should I sit it, fail it and just take the mark and pass the resit?
A side note is that I've had ongoing mental problems for a while and I was considering phoning my grandparents and letting them know before attending/skipping the exam.

But the issue is that whilst the exam questions each year have been mostly similar, I have missed out on a lot of the course material and not kept up with my studying. So I wouldn't be learning anything I'd just be writing nonsense on the paper and embarrassing myself

is it anything similar to the asvab? i scored in the 81st percentile, but thats not exactly the same as being scored against others in the state

Ask your friend if he is still with his girlfriend, if he is then your okay. If he is not, tell him that the girl is interested and simply cut off contact completely.

Learn to speed read between now and the day you start. I mean real speadreading, with decent comprehension. This will save you vast amounts of time for other types of studying.
Work hard, take care of yourself, don't stress, believe you can do it, and don't get too caught up in partying. That's really it. Also, how did you get accepted? Are you a transfer or a frosh?
