For example, someone with eidetic memory in your situation might not directly remember the names, but might remember the pages of their high-school yearbook. They could compare the people they were seeing to the pictures in the book, and then just read the names back off the pages...

My friend from middle/high school is really quite poor. I never really noticed it then, but I went over to his place today(we rarely hung there when we were in school) and the place is seriously horrible...he used to walk around with holes in his clothes at school, and the house is just as bad. Unless he asks for help with something, you do nothing. The fact that he's poor doesn't mean he considers himself a charity case. /adv/, My mother is mentally ill and I feel trapped. I'm 21, have my undergrad done, a great job but I'm still living with my mother. Why? She has bipolar disorder, PTSD, agoraphobia, and dissociative personality disorder. She can't live on her own, and she's still "there" enough that I don't want to put her in assisted living.
What the fuck do I do? I can't live with her until I'm 40, and I'd hate for it to get to the point where I'm so tired of all the stress that I hate her.

I've completed basic first year Mandarin but dropped out of second year as it got too hard with my casino job working nights etc

I feel at an odd place in life, Like everything I'm working towards is in vain effort.
A significant choice in my life is that I do not use recreational drugs. I dont drink or smoke. I come from a family that has a long history of addiction problems. I saw my father die of a heart attack after a long night of heavy drinking when I was 10 and since then I had sworn to never get into the stuff or any other recreational drug. I take pride in breaking the cycle and working to leave a better legacy for my future children.
