I'm a television production graduate with already a good amount of experience with cinematography, editing and creating fulfilling videos that meet the requirements set by certain clients. However, I'm currently having a really bad dry spell with work…
A friend of mine jokingly suggested I make porn videos seeing as this industry makes a ton of money. I laughed it off but later began to consider it and decided to research whether this was a plausible career option. It seems like this could be a great job on the side for me, keeping it separate from my primary video work until something comes up again.
I guess I'm here to just ask where I should advertise my services? I was thinking about offering myself for free for the first few videos just to help build my resume for porn editing alone. Obviously I don't want a video production company to take advantage of me just yet so is there any way I could advertise myself to just amateurs and/or cam girls?

There was this girl in one of my classes I never really talked to because I though she was out of my league. She flirted with me one day and said she thought I was cute and all that. We started texting then I asked her to homecoming. She was really flirty and grinded on me the whole night. We kissed at the end. I talked with her for a couple weeks then she told me she didn't want to lead me on. I had a feeling it was because I was awkward and had noticeable anxiety. A kept having friendly conversations with her for a week then thought it was best to cut communication down to a minimum with her for my own good, although I still had feelings. about a month passed and she started trying to talk to me with minor flirting.(during this time I made heavy progress on elminating my anxiety and awkwardness) I of course couldn't ignore that and went with it. We are now on winter break. I felt compelled to be with her so I invited her over one day. She seemed excited to hang out, but I had to cancel with her because relatives came over last minute. I told her to call me if she wanted to hang out later on in the week and she said she would. I don't want to talk to her first because I will seem too eager, but I'm afraid she will never get back to me on hanging out. Do I just wait for her to call me? Is she trying to make me a beta orbiter? I need overall advice on how to handle my situation with this girl, because I'm starting to feel depressed and lonely.
She probably just wants your attention and not you. Be a man and phone her first if you want to hang out.

Unless there's a specific reason you need Win XP you should install Linux Mint or reformat hard-disk, or reinstall XP

Programing. Its not away form computer but you don't need a browser or the internet (at lest often). You could buy a book on a language of your choice and learn it and make small things at first like text games or something you use like a clock.

I'm a junior CS major. I am starting to realise I'm not very good at coding and I don't have the sharpest brain for algortihms. I can fake it well and have managed a 3.0 gpa. I'm not well versed in tech and I am realising I simply don't care much about it. Not putting /g/ down but it's just not for me. At my best I can be a mediocre coder and I've never even done a hackathon.
Recently my passion has become writing and my days are consumed with thinking about character development rather than web development. I can get a job in programming because of family and friends but I doubt I'll ever be great or get a job in Cali and make huge money. I'm starting to get scared that I fucked up too much by not caring about my major and getting drunk and high the past 2 years.
Is it worth me busting my ass to be average and get a decent job and save money before I pursue something else or should I quit while I'm ahead and do what I want to do? I'm almost done with school and the only reason I feel like I did CS is because I didn't want people to think I'm broke-dick lit major. My family isn't poor but as the oldest child I feel expectations to set a good example and just do what I'm told. I'm starting to get really worried about my future and settling down for a mediocre life.

How can I be happier and more satisfied with my self? I just finished my first semester of community college and I have no idea what direction I want to steer myself in. I wish that I had more ambition but all I know right now is that I want a career that will allow me to comfortably support myself and my hobbies. I'm ashamed that I don't know where my life is going.
Sometimes I just lose all interest in my own life and hobbies, probably because I have nothing to show for anything that I've done. I sometimes feel like my friends and family bring nothing of value to my life but at the same time I'm hurt that no one seems to give a rat's ass about my issues. I feel a strong drive to be around women because I'm a lonely fucker but only ugly women seem to want to talk to me.
I know I'm doing life the wrong way but I don't know how else to do it. What do /adv/?

I am from Europe so the school and education system is a bit different here. I was with this one girl in class that always used to touch my hair. We also chatted really often and always like 6h in a row, she was 13 back and I was 14 then. But the weird thing was whenever we met in person I was to shy to really talk to her, I remember when she was asking me if I want to go and get some ice cream together and I was like 'no thanks I am retarded'. Suddenly in 10th grade I all went down except once where she touched my hair again. She is now 16 and is doing a job training in a shoe store or something I really don't know. I just looked at her facebook and saw that she has no profile pic anymore and on her birthday only 6 people wished her happy birthday back when we where in class it was like 60 and then it went down to 40 and this year it was only 6. She is fucking adorable she is the first girl I really felt in love with, she is soooo cute. But I am not sure if how she would react if I would contact her again.
