I have tested clear for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea twice, the first time was 1 week after possible exposure and the second time 2 weeks after that (3 weeks after possible exposure). The possible exposure in question was protected sex with a woman of unknown status.
I have had no blisters just an on and off redness of the glans (tip of my penis) and this slight clear discharge which I have seen approx 3 times (once after waking up so I assumed precum as I probably had an erection during the night)...

Sounds like you got a bunch of vague problems and self esteem issues so the best advice I can give you is to set concrete goals and force yourself to complete them. Those goals will depend on what you think needs to be done to turn your life around, but ultimately they should be quantifiable. For example, "go one week without using drugs." Or "read one book about social interaction this month." Making big changes to yourself can be intimidating but if you break it down into smaller pieces it becomes manageable.

I quit my high paying career-orientated job back in June to be home with my family more. At the time my wife was all over me about not being home enough to help with the kids.
