How do I desensitize myself? I can't last longer than 10 minutes and I really need to because the girl I'm with doesn't really get off until about 20 minutes in sometimes. Apparently really good foreplay doesn't really help either since she says it really doesn't do anything for her. Of all the guys she's been with, they've never been able to make her cum during sex. You should be asking how you can keep going after ejaculating.
Basically dont squeeze every drop out. Stop fapping every night. When you cum just let it leak out in her vagina without squeezing any muscles. It wont be the best orgasm but youll go half soft but big enough to keep going instead of going completely soft and youll be fully erect in 5 minutes so there isnt a need to pull out. Secondly this is similar to edging so the second orgasm will be one of the best youve ever had. (assuming you havent fapped in a couple of days.)
