When I was a teenager I was mortified that my mum once found a sock of mine covered in jizz.

I'm not going to ask for weightloss advice, which is why I won't post this on /fit/ either. I know that I just need to stop stuffing my face with food. The problem is that I can't. I eat until I'm in pain, my stomach hurts and I even had to skip Uni at some days because of my stomach. I spend more time on the toilet than I do studying right now, which is also a major inconvenience and hurts. I had to throw up 2 times in the last few months because I ate too much.
It's mostly sweets (cookies, chocolate, candy, etc.) and sometimes fast food.
I'm currently doing a Low Carb + Very Low Calorie Diet. I highly recommend it. It's what they put diabetics on to reverse type 2 diabetes and improve insulin sensitivity.
It's the only way I've been able to lose weight because it kills your appetite. You go into ketosis and lose the weight incredibly quickly, about 30lbs in 8 weeks. You have no hunger cravings because your insulin never spikes and drops.
Search for "The 8 week blood sugar diet" book and get yourself a copy.
I don't see what the problem is, eating that way will stretch your stomach and increase its capacity so you can eat more

Hey /adv/. I have a problem.
Whenever I get angry or frustrated, I hit myself in the head with my fist. I don't hit myself hard - it doesn't leave any bruises or anything - but it's enough to feel somewhat painful. Also, I sometimes slightly bang my head against some object nearby.
I'm a 20 year old adult by the way. I used to do this a lot when I was a child, but it started again because of the stress I experience.
How abnormal is this, on a scale from 1 to 10 (with 1 being completely normal)? Does anybody else here do this? Why could I be doing this?
