Question for anyone in their late 20s/early 30s and haven't been in a relationship in a long time or ever - do you feel like you missed out on something?

take a class, in anything. These are great because they give you an excuse to meet strange people and interact with them. Stop for a moment and think about the kind of people you want to meet.
If you want to meet someone who is physically active, find entry level sport lessons such as rock climbing classes, bicycle groups, etc.
If you want to meet someone artsy, maybe art lessons, photography, that kind of stuff.
Someone more studious and focused on discussion? You could tutor ESL students, bookclubs, etc.

rewards are pointless. Credit cards don't charge unless you make a late payment, however you have to pay the whole balance off in the time allotted, not the minimum balance.
