No matter how productive/social/happy/whatever I force myself to be, I always end up getting really down about the fact I'm not very intelligent. I'm studying towards a degree that's too difficult for me and as a result I have a pretty intense love-hate relationship with it (I couldn't drop out even if I wanted to), as well as a daily reminder that I'm just not that clever. What's the best way of coping with this?
I'm weird, but I doubt you're too stupid. I think you probably imagine other people have it easier and you're upset at how much work it is for you.
The valedictorian of my HS (now in med school) was a very hard working girl. She wasn't stupid, but she also wasn't smart. She just worked really hard. And it's getting her farther that my genius IQ got my college drop out ass.

Maybe find a career path that isn't quite so intellectually involved? Not everyone has to be a doctor or an engineer, OP. Don't try to force a square peg through a round hole.
Are you good at working with your hands? You like fixing/building things, anything like that? You'd probably be better off learning a skilled trade and trying to build a career in that. Trades can pay really, really well and they're pretty much always in demand

If you've been feeling shitty for a couple days now and it hasn't gone away, go see a doctor for sure. But if it was just a one-time thing and you're otherwise healthy, you could chalk it up to stress and get on with your life. I've had episodes like that before. Usually exhaustion/dehydration/stress are major factors

You don't copy down anything, idiot. That's called plagiarism. As with anything, you improve through experience and feedback.
Are you looking just at essays? That's much easier than becoming good at creative writing, although that is also a fun and doable thing.
Copy? No. I'd say...imitate the style off. Find an author for whatever kind of thing you want to write that you like and admire. Think about what sets their writing apart. Do they write long, flowery sentences? Do they write short ones? Do they use a lot of fragments? Metaphors? Are they sarcastic sounding?
Emulate it. You'll figure out eventually what style you are best at. But I developed my fiction writing voice/style...

Enormous fucking pain in the ass to deal with if you don't take care of it properly. Can spread across your foot and will cause massive peeling and cracked skin all over.
Doctor will probably prescribe you with some OTC Clotrimazole anti fungal cream.
Keep your feet dry by using some sort of talc or powder, change your socks twice a day, air out your shoes. If you go to a public gym or locker room, wear sandals at all times.
