1 would be best, having a friend that is also a girl doesn't mean you should push sex.
2 would be difficult, LDRs suck big fucking dick and generally hurt the parties involved and waste time and emotions.
3 would likely damage the relationship you two already have and distance your friendship.

Tell her how you feel, that it hurts when she acts as if nothing happened at all. She's not at fault, and probably cleared everything and even did ask you if you could be friends, but she also probably has a hunch that you're faking enjoying her company. It's probably best for you two to break apart for some time anyways.
Sometimes it doesn't really do any bad, but it never really does good to stay friends with an ex. Usually the person who wanted to break up will be fine with it but the person who doesn't feels shitty about it. and it can be really messy if neither person wanted to break up. it's nice to have good intentions to stay friends but if it isn't good for you you have to advocate for that and explain your shit to her

I do, but whenever I talk to them I just lose interest when they start talking about themselves. You definitely need to focus on yourself before a relationship, every possible outcome would be poor. You need to talk with your friends about your struggle with narcissism and how it's distanced you from everyone, rely on them for help. Worst case scenario, get a counselor.

Everyone has things that they want to forget. Repressing memories, denying yourself, fleeing from your thoughts takes a great deal of discipline and will. You have to think of anything that's not the thing you're repressing. Run from it in your head. It'll piss you the fuck off and frustrate you greatly but if you want to repress it that's what has to happen.

A lot of people are ascetics, even if they aren't religious or spiritual. I'm that way. You probably don't see the "pros" of those activities outweighing their risks and negative consequences. Perhaps you greatly value self-control and self-restraint, and don't like to be out of control. Maybe you take pride in purity and your ability to resist temptation. Maybe things that are typically appealing for the majority just so happen to not be for you. There are plenty of reasons.
