What does everyone think about doing one really big bulk for a year or so, getting bear mode and then going on keto or something to cut the fat?

That's what I've been doing since last May. I've gained a solid 12kg without that much fat. I'm just a short cut away from being summer-ready. But at nearly 7 feet tall you're gonna need roids to fill out.

they worked for me but they take years to achieve a good physique.personally i used a retarded and very simple routine kind of like this along with some planks and crunches.i didnt train my legs until i reached some of the last panels because i didnt want a thick core and legs.im pretty sure you can add more exercises if you want a more functional body.

Your gains don't magically stop after 3 years. You can still make some muscle gains a lot of strength gains after 3 years of lifting.

first time lurker here. Haven't done any sports in ages, because I thought I was attractive enough without that shit. Now I'm looking for a good workout plan to gain some muscles. Preferably some outdoor stuff or exercises I can do at home. I just want to feel fit and have some defined muscles again.

I thought to be an ectomorph, as I don't get fat, regardless of what I eat, but speaking from experience I build muscles quite fast and my eating habits change...

which program does /fit/ suggest between SS/SL and GreySkull. I've looked into both and kinda prefer SS but am worried about ending up T Rex mode. Would adding accessory upper body lifts mitigate this or is there no point.
Also are there any other better beginner-intermediate programs out there that you think are more well rounded/effective?

I really only want something that monitors my heart rate and blood pressure, and hopefully tells the time if it's going to be on my wrist all day. Do they even monitor blood pressure?

I got a fitbit charge HR for my birthday a few months back. It's useful to track sleep and to gauge activity level throughout the day, but other than that, it doesn't do much of anything else.

I'm a 250lb 5'11, 22 year old chap who's struggled with weight his whole life. 2 years ago I lost 60lbs, got down to 220lbs eating 1300 calories a day. Life happened and I ate my way back to 260 or so.
I've been eating 1850 calories a day along with weightlifting and one or two cardio sessions a week. I should be losing 2 lbs a week, but I've lost 6 lbs in the past 5 weeks.. Literally what could be the reason? Its so annoying. I'm tempted to be stupid and drop down to 1300 again just so the weight will go away....
