Hello /fit/, obese 18 year-oldfag here. I hate being fat and decided I'm going to get lean. So far I've been surprised at my ability to just not overeat or order soda, I'm impressed with my fatass self. My question is, is it safe to eat pretty small portions? I'm asking because by not being a fastfood/sweets throat-stuffing fatty, I'm more or less cutting in half the calorie intake that's supposed to keep my fat body at the same level, but the Sticky says I should be only dropping about 500 calories. Will I actually damage my body if I don't...

You can eat as often as you feel like just count every calorie and eat less than your tdee
If you eat your fruits and vegetables and whole grains you'll not only feel better but be full long before calories even become a concern.

So I recently lost about 60lbs. I have about 40 more to go until I reach my goal of 170. I have diet, exercise, and endless shitposting on /fit/ to thank for this transformation. I feel better, and clothes fit looser, and all that. Thanks, bros.

Surgery or lifting. You can bulk up to fill in the space but depending on how much loose skin you have it may not be that effective

Ok, so I get a sharp pain when I take a deep breath in my right lung. I can still breath fine but I can't breath that deep before I start to feel a sharp pain. It's been like this for about 5 minutes.

How do you guys maintain your nutrition. I have no willpower. When there is food in the house I eat everything. I already lost over the past two years nearly 60 pounds, but thanks to my eating dissorder I'm not making any progress. If there is food left I have to eat it no matter what.
