I took up kickboxing and had my first few sparring bouts today. They went easy on me but I got a few hits to my head and I'm wondering is it possible to get brain damage from this? After the class was over I felt a bit weird, like my consciousness was a bit foggy, nothing major but like after you have one beer. Not sure if it was because of the taps to the head or the rush of blood and adrenaline. We didn't spar with head protection, used 10 oz gloves and foot pads. Well neither the punches nor the kicks were that hard. But maybe I'd be better off with some extra padding. I'd like to hear the opinion of someone who actually does kickboxing though. I really want to learn how to fight.

/fit/ I am trying to lose weight... what's some healthy recipes that are relatively simple? I don't want bullshit like "poached egg on avocado toast" that's not simple enough and sounds like some frivolous shit a woman that is trying to lose like a pound would make. Seriously I need help, all I can find is this fucking stupid shit from women's health and stupid sites like that rather than real meals, real people will make.
So, I'm thinking of running my first Var cycle. My coach who is prepping me for my first show says that I should be using 10mg daily of Aniver, he says it won't give me a beard or make my clit bigger.
I just don't wanna look like typical roid girls.

If I use the Aniver and train on a 5/3/1 while I diet down on 1400 kcal daily will I be perfect?
My hair stays nice and tidy like that after I shower and comb it. What kind of hair product (gel?) should I use to keep it looking like that throughout the day? Also am I mistaken or it makes it feel like straws or that only happens with shitty cheap gel? What would you recomend? Sorry for the newb questions, I've never used any hair products in my pathetic life so far.
