Optimum is 0.82g/lb of bodyweight. Going beyond that doesn't yield much benefit, but it also doesn't hurt either unless you've got some weird kidney or digestive illnesses

so here is my thing, nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, even if you are not damaging your lungs by smoking, the people i know who vape set their ecigs to ridiculous levels. to a point where its way more nicotine than they would be if they smoked cigs. increase in blood pressure from vasoconstrictor increases risks for heart attacks and strokes.

The general consensus is it's still not good for you, but it is significantly less bad than cigarettes. Best case scenario you switch to vaping and taper off over time to nothing, since you can't go cold turkey.

Can we talk about nipples please? I'm terrified of gyno, and it seems like when I take my ai (anastrazole 0.5 mg) every other day that my nipples get a little bigger or pointier on the off day. There's nothing hard in there and they seem to go back to normal the next day when I take my ai. I'm on 250mg test e q3d. Am I just being paranoid or should I take 0.5mg daily? Haven't noticed any other estrogen side effects so I'm a little hesitant to up the dose just for this one issue that may not be important.
