I don't have any workout equipment at home. I go to the gym like, five days a week
Sup /fit/. I can't fucking sleep.
I lie in bed ruminating and feeling anxious. Over time I've started putting off going to bed so that I'm more tired and crash out, and now it's impacting my job and my commission.
I meditate every day but it only seems to have acute benefits.
Anyone here had experience with insomnia or know any techniques, supplements or other practical measures I can take to fix this.
Already on a waiting list for therapy for anyone suggesting seeing my doctor.

Hey /fit/, why am i so bloated all the fucking time? I wake up with a flat stomach, but by the late afternoon I'm a balloon. Is it something I'm eating? I've ruled out dairy and gluten. What I've eaten today:
- cappuccino
- apples
- state's
- oats
- Greek salad
- tuna steak
- chicken breast
- courgette
- cream cheese
- yogurt
- macaron (plz don't judge me, my boss brought them in and it was delicious)
Any ideas/ any bros have the same problem?

How you spot a dyel? Oh yeah, he can't tell a difference between oly squat and squat. Oly lifters have incredible ankle mobility, which allows them to push their knees far. If he wanted his ass to go below his knees, he would have to lean back, and he would lose that vertical back angle that way and end up with a powerlifting squat angle
He also has awesome squat leverages

Lentils, beans and peas for most of your protein. Lots of green vegetables, whole grains like oats and brown rice, fruits, and nuts

i only eat meat like twice a week. usually chicken and pork. ill eat a steak like once a month shits expensive
im making a lentil soup right now. 1360 cals 105 grams of brotein. its got tomatoes, onions, carots garlic celery.. only cost me 7 bucks total
