What muscles do you find hard to grow?
For me it is upper chest, traps and calves
>>36838093
my chest grows easy, traps too, and calves.
my triceps won't grow to save my life. my lats are fairly strong but somewhat small ;_;
>>36838093
All of them.

forearms are so goddamn small, and its taking forever to build up my pathetic grip. in the fall i could only hold on to 225lbs while deadlifting before the bar slipped out of my hands, im up to 325lbs now. tired of my tiny forearms being the weakest link in all my lifts.
What kind of underwear do you wear to contain your bulging f̶a̶t̶ ̶c̶o̶c̶k̶ thighs?
I've been wearing these fruit-of-the-loom knit boxers, but i find deep squats cause them to really ride up my ass. Also my thighs tend to rub together while walking (not fat, just manlet), is there anything I can do to stop it? I've ruined some skin tight undies before from doing cardio.
The loose fit on the knit boxers seems to help, but it feels more like a trade-off than an improvement.
I am also interested in this.
I particularly need ones with no seam running down the asscrack. This irritates my asscrack and my asscrack is my friend and should be treated as such.
me undies, me undies, no more sweaty balls

If you could gain 8 lbs of of lean muscle mass in exchange for a quarter inch off your dick length how many pounds would you gain? LBM is spread evenly
8 pounds
I frequently get complaints that my dick is too large and I have too much muscle, so I guess I would trade an inch or two off the dick and then starve myself to lose some muscle.

>Lose something that will never come back to gain something that can be easily attained over time
OK i'm going to preface this with i do not spend time on /fit/ and i am 50 lb. overweight
Whenever I walk semi long distances (like a quarter mile) my ankles hurt like hell is it the way I walk or is it possibly my shoes? because i refuse to believe that people walk for exercise through the pain I face. Can someone please help me figure out what im doing wrong
pic related these are my shoes
get some nice shoes for walking and don't run cause ur gonna fuk ur knees
Get actual walking shoes, and not cheap walmart shit. Do some research, it's worth it to pay extra up front if you know what you're getting
And don't run, just keep to walking
Your ankles hurt because you are overweight you fat fuck. Lose some weight
What the fuck? How can they sell this unhealthy shit to the masses and why do people buy it?
>almost no protein for an entire can
>all that salt
>all that sugar and carbs
What the fuck are they feeding people /fit/ and how do we get them to stop?

I was pondering today; is it morally wrong to send your best flexed pic to a girl to impress her? Or is it like a girl wearing makeup? And deceptive?
Have you ever sent an unflexed photo to your mate of interest?
I'm interested to hear your responses. I'm betting that everyone sends their best.
Guess my weight.
nearly no one have defined abs if they are just sitting and not flexing. yeah, it's cheating but everyone does it. everyone wants to look good. and it's no worse than makeup, at least your muscles are part of your body. make up is an external artifact.
>>36837416
flexing is something natural the body does
makeup is not natural
It takes work to earn muscle that can be flexed.

first off, how short are too short for shorts? And how long is too long for shorts? What shorts should I get that are both aesthetic for lifting, cycling and not looking like a DYEL literal homosexual.
Runnerfag here, basically /fit/ from wait down and skinny up top. What are some basic excersies for my torso/arms? and how often should I do them?

Been prescribed beta blockers by my doctor due to chest pains and palpitations. EKG/ECG came back normal, blood work fine, healthy pulse, and "nice and low" blood pressure.
Find it a little odd he's prescribed beta blockers given my blood pressure isn't high and I've had light-headedness, but I'm not a doctor.
Just wondering what people's thoughts on them are? Do they affect lifting, negatively or positively?
I know they're banned in most sports due to the fact they basically stop performance anxiety,...

>taking test for mental health
You should figure that out before lad
As for your original question, I'd take the beta blockers far away from lifting, or not at all on lifting days if possible. A friend of mine whose an MD said his colleague took some for his wedding due to anxiety and passed out.
No contraindications with steroids to my knowledge, but I'd establish a cause for your cardiac problems before roiding.
>>36837105
Yeah, the low-blood pressure thing is worrying me. Certainly thinking of getting a second opinion before taking them.
As for cardiac problems - I'm told that 99% of heart problems are either genetic, or picked up by a heart trace (and most are in both camps) so unless I've got something extremely rare, my heart is perfectly healthy.
In terms of taking test for mental health, I realise that might come across wrong without me explaining what I mean. While mentally I feel fine, stuff like...
