It's incredibly expensive if you're trying to gain weight (1$=165 calories) and if you're trying to cut you won't reach your daily macro needs because they're based around a 2000 calories/day diet. I think only proteins would be a serious issue though.

Been drinking it since October. I don't really have the time or energy to cook. Lifts are doing fine and I'm not dead yet.

I actually undershot the amount I needed this month and I had to eat realfood for a week and I realized how convenient my life was with Soylent, actually. AMA if you want.

Alright, so I'm finally going to get off my lazy ass and hit the weights. Only problem is that my school's gym is only open Mon-Thurs. Only option I'm seeing is a PPL? So Mon: Push Tues:Leg W:Pull T:Push then alternate each week, is this good? Or can someone link a better program

So many conflicting recommendations out there anon.

Yo guys, looking for some advice on changing my routine.

Atm its,

A-
Squats- 5x5
Benchs- 5x5
P rows- 5x5
Skull crushers- 3x8
Straight bar curls- 3x8
good mornings- 3x10
Cable crunches- 3x10

B-
Squats- 5x5
OHP- 5x5
Diddy- 1x5/2x3
Bench- 3x8
pull ups- 3x10
skull crushers- 3x8
Cable crunches- 3x10

Issue I found here is B seems to be to tricep centralised,. I found the skull crushers to much and failed them massively compared to A, I was thinking of adding is Bent over rows instead at 10% lower then A.. but of course I have pull ups in it as well, good idea? Or should I swap things around a little? Halp please. Oh also on a cut atm, so 3x5 instead of 5x5 in the routine.

Also these are my stats btw-
OHP- 47.2kg x5
Bench- 72.5kg x5
Squats- 110kg x5
P row- 75kg
Diddy- 150kg

80kg body weight

I'm keeping the second bench btw, as it actually helped me progress on bench when it was stuck going in-between 60-65kg.

My body does not want to add any mass to it whatsoever, can /fit/ provide any advice? I believe that I am ectomorphic, so I have been trying to get around 3k calories a day and I have not been restricting carbs in my diet. I am only around 160 lbs (up from 149 when I started) and am 6'2". Initially I did see progress in my fitness level, but not I cannot seem to add any more weight to any lifts.

My current routine is a three day split while working out five times a week for around one hour. I do 4 sets of each exercise with around 6 reps for hypertrophy days and 3 for neural strength. I alternate hypertrophy and strength every two weeks (i.e. I perform my hypertrophy routine twice then my strength twice)

Back / Arms
>Lat pull down 135 lbs
>Dumbbell Rows 55 lbs
>Pallof Press 27.5 lbs
>Alternating Dumbbell curl 35 lbs
>Seated triceps press 40 lbs
>Wrist Curls 25 lbs

Chest
>Dumbbell bench press 100 lbs
>Incline bench press 80 lbs
>Dumbbell Fly 80 lbs
>Cable cross over 30 lbs
>Dips
>Chin ups

Shoulders / legs
>Squats 110 lbs
>Leg extensions 135 lbs
>Leg curl 75 lbs
>Calf raises 100 lbs
>Dumbbell shoulder press 80 lbs
>Dumbbell lateral raise 40 lbs (20 in each hand)
>Upright rows 60 lbs
>Standing front dumbbell raise 40 lbs (20 in each hand)

I am proud of what (very) little I have achieved, but I want a lot more. My goal is to add more lean muscle to basically everything and of course a well defined chest and 6-pack.

I have read the sticky and done a ton of independent research, but I am no longer getting results.

Any advice? Thanks in advance from a fa/tg/uy

White flour is basically sugar. In fact, if you put a cracker on your tongue and leave it there, it'll start to taste sweet, as the enzymes in your saliva begin the process of breaking it down

Personally, I prefer brown rice, though that's mostly due to the taste

hey bros i am going to start doing GREYSKULL
i have some lifting experience but my triceps, chest and shoulders are severely lacking obviously!!

what can i do to emphasize those muscles?
