What do you fags wear to the gym? I like these style of shorts but I don't like the branding and text. Also looking for comfy shirts not the walmart tier stuff I normally wear.

i usually like to buy joggers/sweatpants and either wear them up a little bit or cut them short for leg days like pic related. compression pants with shorts too. Idk man, whatever's comfortable to lift in.
Basketball shorts mostly.
But since I wear boxers and the shorts go maybe 3/4 down my quads, I basically end up flashing my junk to the world anytime I squat or deadlift.

well strength training increases bone density to begin with.
Does fit take in to account the weight of the clips when assessing your 1RM? I didn't think it was important until after I tried to unrack my weights after my 1RP for OHP and I could barely take the clips off.
So now, my 1RM are this:
OHP: 75 lbs + clips
Bench: 1 pl8 + clips
Squat: 200 + clips
DL: 2 pl8 + clips

Who here likes fat bitches? I can't help it. I lift weights and train, but I can't fuck skinny women. Dick doesn't work. They need to be at least 200lbs. Though prefer them to be 300 or more. Even 500 if they have a nice face.

I dont like skinny women either, I like chubby size 10-12. The only thing is most chubby girls dont just stay chubby, they get fatter over the years.

See I talk to people in the gym but there is 0 mention of hanging out or anything.
When I put my hand on my kneecap I can feel it grinds when I contract my quads. Tough it doesnt grind when I do leg extensions.
I can do all lifts without pain and knee never cracks or pops.
I'm just worried that lifting could trigger some medical conditions.
Someone with experience on this?
