Buy a hammer and hit yourself LIGHTLY in the shins, above the kneecaps and wherever else you want to see growth before bed for 3 months. Have a very gentle hand when doing this. You want to create small cracks in your bones over time, effectively breaking them, but not to the point where you lose functionaility. When you heal up, your bones will be thicker, and you'll gain a little bit of length in the broken areas.
Do this repeatedly for years and you'll keep growing, even past puberty.

I've been submerging myself in a lot of fitness stuff the past few months, trying to eat, drink, shit fitness knowledge. I've still got a ways to go to get down to a healthy bodyfat percentage, but here's my thing:
Weight loss is supposedly 99.9% about calories in vs calories out correct? There's a bagillion ways to split hairs over it, but ultimately this is the final verdict.
However, I see a lot of people who complain and can't get rid of "that last bit of fat" or whatever, especially when they're trying to get abs.

How did fitness improve your life? For me it gave some kind of purpose to wake up everyday looking forward to something. When I wasn't studying or was unemplyed, I didn't really have much to do, so I ended up playing all day never going outside besides maybe on weekends to drink. Now that I started jogging and going to the gym, I have been able to go outside almost everyday for that precious sweet air.

Been going to one for 3 years. It's solid. Can't compare to other gyms because I've never been to any other gym before.
Ive never had a problem with it though. Plenty of benches, racks and weights at the one I go to.
I go to one in South Florida, the convenience is worth it and even though mine is a little small they have all the equipment I need. Plus it's dead in the off hours 9PM-9AM
It's pretty good. The only thing I hate is there's always only one Power/Squat rack which can be annoying. Good place to lift though.
