I have really bad skin and recently switched to cold showers. No bro science please.

Try them. I used to have them about a year ago when we had a hot summer and kept having them into winter. It felt much better getting out of a cold shower than a hot one after a run. It also helped my acne, I think.
I stopped having them because I like having hot water to shave, and it's much easier to clean yourself with. It's been a long time since I've had a long shower where I let my thoughts flow down the drain with the water.

I did a few weeks ago for some reason I don't remember, I think I was trying to make it easier to use bf calipers , and I found out I have a small chest gap. Thankfully the little patch I have covers it up :)

Your gym is about to go bankrupt. Do not leave anything behind in the change room; do not renew for another month. When they are on their way out, they skimp on maintenance and sell off equipment they think nobody will notice.

I'm 5'9" 125, go to the gym 3 times a weak plus at least one hockey game a week outside of the gym, been going for 3 months. I just squatted 135 for the first time a week ago and that feels like an accomplishment. How long did it take for you formerly skinny fuckers to get to a decent weight/body? What helped you improve the most (ie. types of workout/diet stuff)?

LifeSum has a nicer home screen that shows your macros, etc. I'd use that and if you find it's missing foods you eat, add them yourself.

Alcoholic thread. Trying to quit drinking, but I can't get an appetite or hold food down unless I'm drinking first. On day 2 of no alcohol and no food. Spent the last day puking all day. Now I'm light headed and weak and shakey, but still no appetite. Suggestions?

If you're having serious withdrawal symptoms you should consider checking in somewhere that will take care of you if something serious comes up.
