So over the years I've seen tons of people espouse the medical benefits of antioxidants, mainly in preventing cancer, but I have seen little actual scientific evidence supporting it. Managed to get myself up to a fucking impressive 133 @ 6'0, now I'm maintaining that fucking girl weight at 3000 fucking kcals a day, which is about 500 more than what I'm supposed to need. So what'd I do? I upped it, you retard. There's no excuse for you, you have it easy as fuck at 2k a day.
Meet your protein needs, (0.69 - 1g per lean pound of body mass) and then just get above your TDEE brother, olive oil and peanut butter will be your friends.

Pectoral origins play a big part in chest shape. Insertions not so much..
An underdeveloped clavicular pec can have a rounder softer look, whereas a properly developed one gives a nice angular, cut look to the chest.
Overdeveloped sternal heads can result in droopy man chest (see: scooby)
