If products like pic related provide all the vitamins and minerals you need, does that mean you can stop eating fruits/veggies and just eat protein/carbs/calories?
Not that I don't like fruits & vegs, I'm just wondering...
There are a shitload of other substances in fruit an vegetables other than the 20something micronutrients that we have identified and pressed into pills.
Also a lot of nutrients degrade the more you process them and it don't get much more processed than multivitamins.
Also people taking these regularly have shorter life expectancies than those who don't. Not implying causation here but make of this what you will.
Short answer: Fuck those pills, buy some proper real fruits and vegetables with your money.

How often do you poop /fit? I have my scheduled poop at 7:40am and sometimes a second in the early afternoon.

I have health issues that are not possible to fix with modern science.
Those people have no idea how lucky they are because they wake up every morning and take big clean dump with extremely pleasurable feel of emptiness in bowel and anus happliy gaping afterwards. It takes less time to take a cleanliness dump that require no wipe after that it takes me to pee.
